I have been working with clients experiencing anxiety for several years and have come to deeply understand its many forms. I believe anxiety is a universal part of the human experience—something we all feel at different points in life. My approach helps clients navigate their anxiety with compassion, awareness, and practical tools for everyday life.

I have spent several years supporting clients living with depression, helping them make sense of their emotions and find a path forward. I believe depression is a natural response to life’s challenges and disconnection, not a personal failing. My work focuses on creating a safe space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to heal at their own pace.

I have worked as a high school social worker for the last six years. I believe the teen years are a critical and often confusing time of growth, identity, and emotional intensity. My approach centers on building trust, fostering self-expression, and helping teens navigate this stage with confidence and resilience.

CBT is not the end all be all to therapy, although it is a great start, especially for those with little to no experience in therapy. I will work with you on navigating your behaviors in relation to your thoughts and feelings.

EMDR is my favorite. I love working with clients to help them process trauma in a safe and supportive setting.

I have extensive experience in relational therapy, working with individuals, couples, and families to explore how their relationships shape emotional well-being and life patterns. I believe that healing often happens in connection with others, and that our relationships—past and present—profoundly influence how we see ourselves and engage with the world. My approach is grounded in curiosity, empathy, and collaboration, helping clients build healthier, more fulfilling connections.

EMDR is my favorite. I use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help clients process and heal from trauma, anxiety, and deeply rooted emotional patterns. I’ve seen how powerful EMDR can be in unlocking stuck experiences and allowing the nervous system to move toward resolution. My approach integrates EMDR with a strong therapeutic relationship, creating a safe, grounded space for meaningful transformation.
