About My Clients
I serve all different social income levels, and my population of Clint’s very in different mental health issues. Example from Autism, Schizophrenia, Borderline Personality Disorder, to depression, anxiety and Bipolar disorders. I enjoy every age level as well. There is no such thing as an ideal client because I feel everyone should be treated with respect, and understanding individually. I use different types of methods of therapy such as DBT, CBT, IFS, and others.
My Background and Approach
I have four years of experience, working with individuals who have been different avenues of life and are unhappy and want to make a change or just have guidance. I enjoy helping people who choose to want to make a positive in their life. I feel that empathy, understanding, respect and kindness is what helps the client feel welcome and comfortable with what they choose to work on. I have experience working with people with, intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, grief, depression, borderline personality disorder, and other personality disorders. I have worked with people with substance abuse to schizophrenia. I use different forms of therapy such as Internal Family Systems, to DBT, CBT, to narrative therapy to family systems therapy. I enjoy listening and talking to people. I look forward to seeing and hearing from you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people want to be the best that they can be and to be with them on that journey is something very special to me. Through my own trauma’s and experience that was worked out in therapy, I would like to pay it forward to others who have experienced trauma and other events the feeling of peace that therapy brought to me. I support Christians, people of the Jewish faith, and the Muslim faith.
