About My Clients
I see clients with a variety of ages and demographics starting at age 3. Whether you are struggling with anxiety or depression or you have a history of trauma that goes back into your childhood, I want to help. My specialties are trauma, Children and adolescents, divorce/separation, and maternal mental health.
My Background and Approach
I believe that each person and story is uniquely different and therefore requires a treatment that is tailored specifically to them. What I incorporate into my sessions is authenticity, humor, and a pragmatic approach. I feel that rapport is essential to the process of therapy and the relationship between the therapist and client is where healing begins. I pull from a lot of different modalities when working with clients. What I find is more important than a theory or modality is being there my client in whatever moment they are in.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we all want to be the best version of ourselves. We all go through experiences that challenge us, but that doesn't have to stop us from being who we want to be.
