About My Clients
I have over a decade of experience working with adults and seniors. My clients have benefited from my assistance with helping them with some of life's unexpected challenges such as: anxiety, depression, illness, transitions associated with aging or career related, work/life balance, mental health crisis management, and so much more.
My Background and Approach
I graduated from the College of Education and Public Service at Saint Louis University in 2012 with a Master of Social Work Health and Mental Health degree and I have a Master of Arts degree in Gerontology from Webster University where I graduated from in 2009. My undergraduate degree is completely different from the other two, and it is a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from University of Phoenix, class of 2005. My diverse background has allowed me to approach the business of helping others in a compassionate and empathetic manner.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
It is my belief that mental health matters and services should be readily available to those who need help sooner than later. I work tirelessly daily to do my part to erase the stigma around talking about mental health issues. I'm passionate about advocating for better care for seniors and providing psychoeducation to clients and families so that they may have a better understanding of their mental health diagnosis or that of a loved one.
