About My Clients
I have assisted clients of preschool age through mature adulthood to address concerns such as: depression, anxiety, grief, eating disorders, self-harm, and life stage transitions. I explore problems holistically knowing that stress or poor emotional health can affect your physical health in the same way that physical health problems can affect your emotional well-being.
My Background and Approach
I believe in a client-centered approach because you are the expert in your life. My role is to provide outside, professional support as you transition through a difficult situation. I use a strength-based perspective which builds on your competencies so you can achieve a stronger, more balanced self.
