With over 30 years of experience in education as a classroom teacher, principal, and leadership coach, I bring a deep understanding of human development, communication, and relational dynamics to my work as a therapist. I integrate mindfulness, somatic practices, breath work, and yoga to support the powerful connection between mind and body.
