About My Clients
I love working with individuals 18 and older. I work with mainly young adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, or just life stressors. I specialize in those who have been through trauma, joining them on their journey of healing and processing. I pride myself on making those around me feel comfortable and providing a judgment-free space.

Together, we can ensure you are equipped with the skills and tools to face adversity and grow with strength and confidence. I use empathy, humor, and compassion to connect with others. I focus on DBT and CBT skills.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone deserves the space to process, express themselves, and learn to help their selves regulate. I have experienced trauma myself throughout my life. These experiences allow me to relate and empathize when others cannot. I volunteer weekly with the national text crisis line.
