About My Clients
My therapeutic approach is holistic, integrative and evidence-based. I treat the “whole person”- mind, body, emotions and spirit, in a supportive, safe environment, while helping you to define and work towards the goals you set out to achieve.
My Background and Approach
The therapeutic modalities I utilize include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (MBCT) and Emotion Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT). I am certified as a Mindfulness Mentor from Banyan, instructed by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield, and also attained a certification in Reconciliation of Traumatic Memories Protocol (RTM), helping clients with PTSD symptoms.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe we’re all capable of resiliency and growth. Sometimes we lose track of our vitality and need support getting back to a place of balance.
