Life is full of ups and downs and navigating challenges on your own can be difficult. Even reaching out for support can feel overwhelming. I employ an encouraging strength based and collaborative approach. I strive to support my clients in feeling understood and accepted. I believe that you are the expert of your own experiences and that you ultimately have your answers within. My goal is to help you navigate the process of discovering what those answers are for you.
My Background and Approach
I am sex positive, kink and poly affirming, LQBTQ+ friendly and queer allied. I specialize in working with gender non-conforming individuals. I work with neurodivergence including autism and ADHD. Experienced with disability, intellectual disability including brain trauma, end-of-life transitions, and blindness. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a queer and neurodivergent therapist I emphasize with the unique challenges faced by my clients. Honoring their journeys of self discovery, healing and resistance. I am from San Diego and love music!!
