About My Clients

My Background and Approach
Clients come to me needing a therapist who can help them learn how to be self-compassionate, build healthy boundaries, tolerate uncomfortable feelings and quiet their inner critic. Our therapy sessions will be a place you can feel safe to explore thoughts,feelings and behaviors that keep you stuck. Christian counseling is offered if you want to integrate your spiritual beliefs into session.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As an experienced women’s therapist and a trauma survivor myself, I believe that every woman can find freedom from the pressures we so often put on ourselves.
