About My Clients
As therapist of Therapy Bear, PLLC, I welcome children, teens and adults. At this time I am offering in office visits or phone and video sessions. The focus of therapy at Therapy Bear, continues to be supporting individuals, whatever their age, who are recovering from traumatic experiences, struggling with anxiety, depression, “just don’t feel good,” or simply need someone to listen as you process through thoughts and feelings in a safe environment.
My Background and Approach
At Therapy Bear, two main foundations of therapy are: 1- Trauma-Informed Care, which recognizes the presence of trauma symptoms and acknowledges the role trauma may play in an individual’s life, 2- A Strength Based approach which concentrates on the inherent strengths a person already has to aid in their recovery and empowerment.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
It is important to "feel heard" in a safe space in which to examine, explore or problem solve any personal issues.
