My Background and Approach
Being a certified trauma professional, I focus on problems stemming from anxiety, depression and trauma in children, adolescents and adults. I am able to focus on your needs and assist my clients with feeling whole again. It’s hard enough to discuss your true feelings with anyone, let alone a stranger. However, I encourage you to think of me as a mediator. Someone who genuinely cares for you, your healing and mental well being. I can assist changing those negative thoughts into positive ones and making your experience personalized.
