Hello! My name is Kimberly and I am so excited to work with you! I am the founder of Mental Chatter, LLC and I have been in the field of mental health, addiction and wellness for 20 years. I provide a safe, confidential and nonjudgmental space that will allow you to truly be yourself and work through your “stuff” in your own way. It’s your time and your therapeutic process…I am your guide.
My Background and Approach
I am both a licensed clinical therapist and a certified master life coach. I am clinically trained to treat and assess various mental health disorders. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship issues, as well as, addressing spirituality and cultural issues through individual, couples, family and group counseling sessions. I have experience working with individuals from all age groups, as well as, various ethnic, cultural and spiritual backgrounds. I believe in treating the whole person: mind, body and spirit. I can’t wait to help you on this journey of healing and wellness.
