About My Clients
Building up lives and helping them navigate everyday without destroying their life is important. I have expertise with ADHD, Depression, anxiety, PTSD, and daily life struggles. I listen, give advice, help clients see situations in a new manner, and work through traumas and struggles. I look forward to getting to know each client and teaching them tools to help themselves.
