About My Clients

You may be here because worry is taking up more space, emotions feel bigger than the moment, school has become harder than it should be, or something simply has not been clicking. I work with children, teens, adults, and families navigating anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation, learning and attention differences, giftedness, school challenges, and times of transition. We’ll work together to understand what’s going on and identify support that fits you or your family.

My Background and Approach

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in understanding the why behind what someone is experiencing. I believe behavior communicates something important, and meaningful change often begins when we slow down enough to understand what is happening beneath the surface. My work draws on my background in psychology and education, including experience as an elementary school teacher. That perspective helps me consider the whole person and, when relevant, the systems around them, including family and school. At River House Psychology, I aim to create a space where clients and families feel seen, understood, and supported. Together, we build insight, develop practical strategies, and identify a path forward that fits the individual rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all approach.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe people are inherently resilient and capable of growth, healing, and thriving. I value curiosity, compassion, and creating a space where people feel seen and understood. I believe good care honors each person's individual experiences, strengths, identity, and family context.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
