I support children and families when emotions feel big, worry is getting in the way, school feels harder than it should, or attention, behavior, learning, and relationships are creating stress. My background in both psychology and education helps me consider the whole child, including their strengths, development, family, and school environment.

I work with teens navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional regulation, school stress, perfectionism, relationships, identity, and periods of change. Therapy offers space to better understand what is happening beneath the surface, build practical skills, and strengthen confidence and self-understanding while honoring each teen’s individuality and growing independence.

I work with children, teens, adults, and families navigating ADHD, attention and executive functioning challenges, emotional regulation, and the frustration that can come when effort and ability do not seem to match. Our work focuses on understanding the why behind patterns, building practical strategies, and identifying supports that fit the individual.

I use CBT to help clients notice patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that may be contributing to stress or keeping them stuck. Together, we build practical strategies for responding differently, strengthening coping skills, and creating meaningful change in everyday life.

I use an attachment-informed approach to better understand how relationships, early experiences, and patterns of connection can shape emotions, behavior, and the way we relate to others. This perspective can be especially helpful when working with children, teens, parents, and families.

I use ACT to help clients make room for difficult thoughts and feelings while staying connected to what matters most to them. The focus is not on eliminating every uncomfortable emotion, but on building flexibility, self-understanding, and the ability to move forward in ways that align with personal values.
