About My Clients

You may be feeling stuck in an addictive pattern, moving through a life transition, or maybe you just know something is "off" inside and you want to feel better. You strive to live free from past hurts and beliefs in an authentic, connected, peaceful way.
My Background and Approach
I have many years experience, both personally and professionally, working with developmental trauma, alcoholism & addiction, codependency, and issues stemming from growing up in a dysfunctional environment. I have studied and explored a variety of spiritual paths, as well as many therapeutic perspectives on the ways trauma can affect us, and the many approaches toward healing. I utilize both Eastern and Western philosophies to address mind, body and spirit, for a whole person approach toward healing. I utilize elements of humanistic, attachment, and developmental perspectives, however eclectic better defines my therapeutic style. I see you as a unique individual, with our therapeutic relationship being more important than any one type of treatment. I use a diverse and extensive list of techniques and enjoy working collaboratively to find out what works best for you. Let's build upon your strengths and assist you in transitioning from self-abandonment to that of self-acceptance.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Love does not discriminate! I believe we all have an inner healer that moves us toward healing and wholeness. I believe no matter how deep our wounds are or how dark we may feel inside, growth, transformation, light and FREEDOM are possible. I know this from personal experience as well as having the honor of witnessing many others on their journey of healing. I believe there is a Loving Universal Energy/Divine Light that we are all connected to that can truly help and guide us on our life journey. All aspects of sexuality are on a spectrum and are acceptable. There is no "right way" or "wrong way" as long as there is consent. I fully support humans in being their authentic selves and standing in their own Truth. Being aligned with who we really are and navigating life from this space of intentional, mindful living feels so alive and free and is beautiful to me.
