About My Clients

I specialize in working with young adults, artists, and creatives navigating the complex inner and outer worlds of realities and truths. I aim to connect with you while you form a deeper connection with yourself, listening to you with compassion and without judgment. If you are looking to manage anxiety, stress, depression, time management, life transitions (moving, work, school, endings or beginnings) and are interested in learning to navigate your inner world, I can help.

My Background and Approach

We can incorporate tools and techniques such as mindfulness to help slow you down and develop self-compassion, boundaries, and self-empowerment for anxiety and depression. We can understand through the frameworks of Attachment Theory your past and present relationships that you may be struggling with. CBT or DBT skills can help manage anxiety or repair self-esteem issues. I offer a therapeutic modality called Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in partnership with an organization called Journey Clinical. Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a holistic modality in which ketamine is used as a complement to psychotherapy to help eligible patients experience more frequent breakthroughs and sustained improvement in symptoms. I take on the psychotherapy portion of the experience, while Journey Clinical’s medical team supports you on all medical aspects. We'll address what's going on in your life by looking at the different dynamics going on in your brain and body.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am a creative native New Yorker. In 2014, I founded Savanna Station, a yoga studio located in the east village, NYC, dedicated to serving a diverse community focused on mindful movement and Buddhist-influenced meditation practices. I have spent thirty years deeply immersed in eastern philosophy and trainings, working with clients privately and in group settings. Witnessing the physical, emotional, and spiritual changes in my clients’ lives repeatedly, I developed an accessible, viable program that allows for a change in the individual as scalable to the greater organization and impact on society. This human-led approach with purpose to incorporate mindfulness, gratitude, inclusion, equity, and diversity is the way forward. In doing so, we can rethink, rewire, and reshape a new paradigm where there is room for all to lead a fulfilled, joyful life. I am the co-founder of Recipe For Humanity, a non-profit focusing on empowering formerly incarcerated people.
