About My Clients

My clients are often high-functioning but internally overwhelmed, struggling with anxiety, trauma, low self-worth, perfectionism, or unhealthy relationship patterns. Many feel stuck repeating old cycles rooted in difficult past experiences or family dynamics. They’re ready to better understand themselves, heal unresolved wounds, and build healthier relationships, boundaries, and coping skills.

My Background and Approach

My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, helping clients feel supported while also creating meaningful change. I integrate evidence-based therapies including EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness-based strategies to help clients process painful experiences, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and develop healthier coping skills. I believe therapy should be both insightful and practical. Together, we explore how past experiences may be shaping present struggles while building tools to improve emotional regulation, boundaries, communication, and self-trust. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, heal unresolved wounds, and create healthier relationships—with both themselves and others.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe people are shaped by their experiences but not defined by them. With support, self-understanding, and intentional work, meaningful healing and healthier relationships are possible.
