My Background and Approach
The tools that I offer in my healing spaces are simply things that I have become passionate about through my own healing journey. Many years ago I began studying more alternative and holistic types of healing which led me to somatic experiencing, breathwork and sandtray therapy. These tools have completely shifted my own life by helping me feel more capacity in my nervous system, and by opening my eyes to deeper curiosity and playfulness in spirit and the world around me. I have learned how to move stuck, stagnant, and overwhelming energy through my body in ways that feel meaningful and empowering. It is my passion to share these tools so others can unlock their own healing potential within. I am trained in somatic experiencing, trauma informed yoga, breathwork, as well as preparation for and integration of psychedelic experiences. I see every session with my clients as sacred and love holding space for the beautiful vulnerability it takes to deepen into our own love and truly heal.
