About My Clients
At Clear View, we help clients understand what’s keeping them stuck, gently work through unresolved experiences, and strengthen the inner resources they already have. Our goal is to restore energy, build confidence, and help people feel more grounded, capable, and fully themselves—at their own pace. We work with our clients to reset the brain and nervous system, process out "stuck" trauma or experience, and help our clients transform their lives.
My Background and Approach
Clear View Counseling & Consulting is a trauma-informed group practice with decades of combined clinical experience. Our team specializes in working with individuals and families impacted by trauma, grief, and loss, including people at risk of suicide, survivors of suicide loss, individuals who struggle with self-injury, and both adolescents and adults who have experienced childhood sexual abuse. We are committed not only to reducing symptoms, but to helping clients heal the experiences that drive them. Our clinicians also support parents and caregivers in repairing attachment wounds and strengthening family relationships, and we offer reintegration-focused work when appropriate. Our approach is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based. Across the practice, we integrate evidence-based and brain-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, and Brainspotting.
