About My Clients

Do you find yourself caught in a cycle of overwhelming thoughts? You may be questioning some of your relationships or feeling disconnected from loved ones and yourself. I create a safe space for adults navigating anxiety, self-doubt, and the lasting impact of grief and trauma as they're trying to navigate life's transitions. Whether you're overthinking or feeling unable to move forward, I combine insight and action-oriented therapies with genuine warmth and actionable takeaways to support you.

My Background and Approach

I strive to bring warmth, empathy, gentle directness, and some humor to our work together. My approach as a psychodynamic, relational therapist emphasizes our therapeutic relationship as a tool to illuminate patterns affecting your current struggles and empower you towards growth. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the corporate world for several years. I received my Masters in Counseling Psychology from Columbia and, before private practice, counseled neurodiverse children and facilitated grief support groups for young adults. My work is rooted in psychodynamic therapy but also supported by insights and techniques from other modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). We'll explore underlying dynamics influencing your relationships while developing concrete tools for managing difficult emotions, building on your inherent strengths and helping you improve your relationships and feel more confident and aligned with your values.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Cultural awareness and inclusivity are central to my work. I recognize how identity, culture, and larger systems shape your experiences and invite that understanding into therapy. I have training in multicultural competence and have worked with clients across various cultural identities and backgrounds. I also have experience working with neurodiverse clients, ensuring therapy is tailored to you—not a one-size-fits-all approach.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
