About My Clients

Is resentment or betrayal interfering with your ability to connect with your partner? Do you feel different and lonely, even surrounded by friends? Maybe you're tired of feeling like your emotions and behaviors are dictated by someone else's. Maybe you've lost trust in yourself—in your ability to say no, to choose a partner, to simply show up to your own life. I'd love to help.

My Background and Approach

I offer individual and relationship therapy focused on healing from the impacts of addiction and trauma. My approach is trauma-informed, somatically-integrated, client-centered, and collaborative. I draw on both bottom-up and top-down methods, working with your body's nervous system responses as much as your thoughts, emotions, and the stories you carry about yourself. Healing isn't just about insight, it's about coming home to yourself, and finding steadier, more secure ways of being in relationship with the people you love.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I came to this field through my own experience in long-term recovery, which shapes my genuine, humanistic approach to this work. I'm a gentle but direct communicator, always bringing authenticity and humor into the room. My clients tell me they appreciate that I'm not a robot and show up as a human.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
