About My Clients
Have you been rocked by yet another life transition? Are you feeling overwhelmed by the heaviness of grief or worried about burdening others with your emotions? Maybe you are a new parent deep in the trenches, not feeling like yourself. I am here to walk alongside you through whatever life has thrown at you. Together in a non-judgmental space, with humor and compassion, we will unpack these difficult feelings. After our sessions, you will feel seen, heard, and valued.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in grief and loss, as well as maternal mental health and adjustment to new parenthood. It is my belief that you are the expert in your own life and experience, and it is my role to support you as your story unfolds. In our time together, you will come to better understand what behaviors are serving you and to compassionately let go of those behaviors that are no longer helping you meet your goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that every individual is inherently worthy and capable of change. And this change happens through relationships. I work to build this relationship by creating a safe space where you feel like you can bring your whole self into session. Personally and as a therapist, I feel passionate about advocating for everyone's right to be authentically themselves, no matter the setting.
