About My Clients

Do you find yourself overthinking, second-guessing everything, or feeling like you’re never quite “good enough”? Maybe you’re carrying anxiety, navigating low moods, or feeling stuck in patterns that are hard to break. You might look like you have it together on the outside, but inside it feels overwhelming. You don’t have to keep managing this alone. Together, we can slow things down, make sense of what you’re feeling, and build tools that help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control

My Background and Approach

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and life transitions. I understand how heavy things can feel when you’re overwhelmed, stuck, or trying to hold everything together on your own. My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative—I meet you where you are without judgment. I draw from evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing, while also creating space for you to slow down, process, and feel heard. Therapy with me is not about rushing or “fixing” you—it’s about helping you better understand yourself, build practical coping tools, and move forward in a way that feels manageable and meaningful. You don’t have to figure it all out alone—we’ll take it one step at a time, together.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that everyone deserves a space where they feel seen, heard, and accepted without judgment. I view therapy as a collaborative process built on trust, respect, and authenticity. I value meeting you where you are and honoring your pace, because meaningful change doesn’t come from pressure—it comes from feeling safe enough to explore and grow. I’m deeply interested in helping people better understand themselves, strengthen their sense of identity, and build healthier relationships. I also value balance, self-reflection, and the small, consistent steps that lead to lasting change. Outside of sessions, I’m drawn to learning, personal growth, and finding simple ways to stay grounded and present—values that naturally shape the way I show up in my work with you.
