I work with adolescents and adults to evolve, heal and recover. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, stress mgt, grief, eating disorders, ptsd, and sexual trauma. I look forward to partnering with you to reclaim your life and heal your wounds.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Psychotherapist and an EMDR Therapist. I use cognitive behavioral therapy to assist in development of skills/strategies to be implemented and executed to increase coping. We will work collaboratively to help you achieve peacefulness.
