About My Clients

You’re a high-achieving woman who appears to have it all together, but beneath the surface, you're exhausted. Between demanding career goals, carrying the mental load at home, and battling the persistent voice of imposter syndrome, burnout is taking its toll. I specialize in helping driven women like you silence self-doubt, reclaim your energy, and set boundaries that actually work. Together, we can redefine success so you can thrive without sacrificing your well-being.

My Background and Approach

As a therapist specializing in high-performing women, I understand the unique, crushing pressures of balancing professional ambition with a demanding home life. My approach is rooted in providing a secure, judgment-free space to untangle the roots of imposter syndrome, combat chronic burnout, and develop actionable strategies for sustainable success. I combine evidence-based techniques with deep empathy to help you break the cycle of over-functioning. My goal is to help you reconnect with your authentic self, silence your inner critic, and build a life where you don't just achieve, but genuinely flourish.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Amplifying the voices of women who have been systematically dismissed and silenced is at the absolute core of why I do this work. In a society that often rewards women for being palatable, compliant, and endlessly accommodating—while simultaneously demanding they perform at peak levels professionally—too many high-achieving women find their inner authority eroded. When you are conditioned to second-guess your instincts, carry the invisible weights of both career and home, and mask your authentic self just to fit into rigid corporate or social molds, you end up feeling invisible in your own life. I believe deeply in creating a therapeutic space where those silenced parts of you are not only heard, but honored, reclaimed, and given the volume they deserve. Your lived experience, your boundaries, and your needs are non-negotiable truths.
