With a background in both healthcare and mental health, I take a holistic approach that blends science with heart. I incorporate trauma informed modalities including EMDR and Somatic Experiencing among others, to support people in healing from trauma, burnout, relationship stress, or just feeling overwhelmed by life. My work is all about helping you feel safe in your own skin, understand your emotional patterns, and build tools for calm, clarity, and connection — both with yourself and in your relationships.
