You want freedom from the old patterns, hungry for change. I work with individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, and the wounds of unhealed trauma. My role is to help you reconnect with your innate confidence and the deep resourcefulness that already lives within you.
My Background and Approach
I mainly utilized IFS and Attachment theories. My approach centers on guiding you toward greater love and acceptance of your whole self. Over time, the parts of you that once felt burdensome may become sources of strength, compassion, and even pride. As we work together, we’ll revisit and redefine the boundaries and beliefs that shape your life—gently making room for healing, self-discovery, and growth. I graduated from Friends University with my master's in Marriage and Family Therapy after completing therapuetic studies and a direct client contact practicum. I am currently working to gain full licensure under the state of Missouri while in supervision. I hope you begin to look forward to the wild, beautiful spectrum of emotions that make being human such a remarkable experience.

I believe in the power of therapy to foster healing, resilience, and empowerment, and I approach each client with deep respect, cultural humility, and an unwavering belief in their inherent worth. I believe that there are no bad parts within us, only parts that protect us. My goal is to walk alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges, honoring your unique experiences and voice every step of the way.
