About My Clients

I can help you build skills needed to overcome psychological barriers, heal past trauma, engage in the present moment, improve performance professionally, and live a life that is driven by personal values.
My Background and Approach
I utilize a wide variety of therapeutic techniques as we walk one the path of awareness, healing, and authenticity together. We will work collaboratively to develop goals, build skills, and explore meaning and values. My practice focuses on helping clients not only explore what drives them, but also gain skills that will be helpful in ensuring that they are living a life that is enriching. You’ll gain a better understanding of yourself and your relationships with others, learn to set appropriate boundaries, and overcome obstacles that may leave you stagnant. Additionally, my practice focuses on improving performance and coaching to ensure professional success.

Everybody has the right to receive treatment that is tailored to what they need and does not discriminate. My clients are welcome to come as they are, to be in a space where their differences will be celebrated, and to have the opportunity to choose the path they will walk on.
