About My Clients
I work with children (5+), teens, adults, couples, and families of all identities. I support my clients in expanding your capacity to feel joy, purpose, and belonging. I have extensive experience supporting individuals and couples through the perinatal life chapter from family planning to early parenting as well as accompanying clients through grief, loss, and difficult life stage transitions.
My Background and Approach
My approach is rooted in a systemic, trauma-focused, strengths-based, and culturally-attuned lens, founded on the belief that all healing happens within relationships – with ourselves, with others, and with the natural world. I incorporate aspects of mindfulness, body-based practices, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and play into my sessions. I find joy in helping you release the narratives that are no longer serving you and connect with the coping skills, innate strengths, interpersonal strategies, and core beliefs that create a scaffolding of wellness in your mind, body, and relationships.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that change is possible and that healing happens at the speed of trust. I honor the courage it takes to begin therapy. No matter our age or life stage, when we’re overwhelmed with stress, grief, trauma, oppression, or unmet needs, we all need a safe space to pause, process, and feel deeply seen and heard so that we can connect with the resources within and around us that help us to flourish.
