As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified School Counselor in Pennsylvania, I focus on creating a safe, supportive, and genuine therapeutic relationship where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you feel less alone in what you are navigating. I work with individuals and groups across the lifespan, using a flexible, creative approach that blends evidence based methods such as CBT, DBT, behavioral strategies, mindfulness, and expressive arts. Rather than focusing only on insight, we also focus on practical tools you can actually use in daily life to shift patterns, manage emotions, and build healthier coping skills. Why I Became a Therapist
I became a therapist because I care deeply about helping people feel seen in the moments they feel most overwhelmed, lost, or alone. I want clients to know there is a way forward, even when it does not feel that way yet. My work is rooted in compassion and curiosity, showing up without judgment and really trying to understand your experience from the inside out. I help people untangle painful patterns, reconnect with themselves, and rebuild self worth and belief in who they are. At the core, my goal is to help people feel more steady in themselves, more hopeful about their future, and more connected to a life that feels worth staying for.
