About My Clients

In my practice, I support clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships, identity, gender, neurodiversity, family conflict, grief/loss, body image, eating disordered behaviors, career, and stress management. I particularly interested in doing work around relationship issues, trauma, ADHD, family conflict, identity exploration, and body image.

My Background and Approach

In my counseling space, my focus is to support, empower, and advocate for all voices and stories. You can expect a warm, empathetic, nonjudgmental, and respectful counseling experience with me. My approach to counseling is grounded in a feminist and relational-cultural framework to create a meaningful and empowering space for you to heal and process your relationships, whether with yourself and/or with others. I have experience working with LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC youth and adults in the counseling space as well as a local nonprofit that services at-risk youth. Ultimately, my work as a counselor looks different from client to client depending on the individual needs and goals of those clients. My counseling space is a safe, open environment for all marginalized voices and bodies to cultivate a space for authentic healing.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
