About My Clients

I believe transformation begins in spaces where you feel safe, seen, and honored. My therapeutic approach is rooted in a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive lens, and delivered with warmth, curiosity, and care. My role isn’t to “fix”, but to walk alongside you as you reclaim your voice and your path forward. Whether we’re processing childhood trauma, navigating relationships, exploring identity, or working through the layers of anxiety, grief, or substance use—this space is yours.

My Background and Approach

I integrate somatic practices, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, CBT, DBT, and ACT—tailoring each session to meet your unique needs. I also incorporate creative activities and psychoeducation into our work, because understanding what’s happening and why can be a powerful step toward growth. My goal is to help you reconnect with your inner strength and transform narratives shaped by pain or survival into ones rooted in choice, meaning, and self-trust. Therapy with me is relational, flexible, and grounded in individualized care. My hope is that each session leaves you feeling a little more connected—to yourself, your story, and your capacity to heal. If you’re ready to begin (or begin again), I’d be honored to walk alongside you on this journey.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Therapy with me is collaborative and relational. We’ll bring your values into the room, honor the many parts of you, and create something rooted in safety and respect. I understand what it means to long for spaces where your full self is welcome. That’s the kind of space I strive to offer—one where you feel both grounded and free to grow. We’ll explore your experiences at your pace—with structure when needed, softness when it matters, and humor where it’s healing. As a third culture individual and immigrant, I understand the nuances of belonging, identity, and cultural navigation firsthand. I bring this lens into the room to honor the richness and complexity of each person’s story.
