About My Clients
My clients are Cycle Breakers™ children, teens, and adults ready to heal, grow, and break generational patterns. They seek peace, purpose, and emotional balance while navigating trauma, anxiety, relationships, or life transitions. Together, we build insight, resilience, and lasting healing through culturally responsive, trauma-informed care.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and play therapist passionate about helping clients heal from trauma, anxiety, and emotional wounds through a culturally responsive and trauma-informed lens. My background includes years of experience supporting children, teens, and adults in both school and private practice settings. I integrate talk therapy, mindfulness, and creative or play-based techniques to meet each client where they are developmentally and emotionally. My approach is warm, relational, and rooted in authenticity—I believe healing happens when people feel seen, safe, and supported. Whether we’re exploring emotions through conversation, movement, or play, my goal is to help clients build insight, release what no longer serves them, and move toward a life grounded in peace, power, and purpose.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing is not about perfection t’s about connection, awareness, and growth. Everyone has the capacity to heal when given a safe and supportive space to be their full self. I view therapy as a collaborative process where clients are the experts of their own stories, and my role is to help guide, reflect, and empower. I believe in honoring culture, identity, and lived experience as essential parts of healing. My work is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and the belief that breaking cycles begins with one brave step toward self-understanding.
