About My Clients

I work with women, therapists, and healers navigating trauma, (C)PTSD, burnout, and spiritual awakenings. My clients are often highly sensitive, intuitive, and carrying deep responsibilities for others. They seek a space to rest, release, and reconnect with their bodies and inner wisdom while honoring their faith, ancestry, and authentic selves.

My Background and Approach

I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in North Carolina specializing in trauma and (C)PTSD, women’s issues, and spirituality. My approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Therapy, and Polyvagal Theory to support holistic healing of the mind, body, and spirit. These modalities help clients understand how trauma has shaped their inner world and nervous system, guiding them toward balance, emotional regulation, and deeper self-awareness. As a Reiki Master Teacher and Ordained Minister, I can incorporate Christian, Afro-diasporic (ATRs), and Indigenous spiritual practices into therapy, creating a space that honors your beliefs, ancestry, and lived experience. I’m passionate about supporting Black women, therapists, and healers who often carry the weight of others while longing for rest, clarity, and renewal. Together, we’ll cultivate safety, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and help you return to your authentic, grounded self.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing is both personal and collective. My work is rooted in the understanding that wellness is not just about individual change, but also about liberation from systems that cause harm. As a Black woman with Southern American, African, Caribbean, and Indigenous roots, I honor the wisdom of my ancestors and the resilience of my community. I’m deeply committed to social justice, racial equity, and creating spaces where Black women, healers, and marginalized voices can rest, be seen, and reclaim their power. I affirm LGBTQ+ identities, gender diversity, and body liberation. Spiritually, I honor all paths that lead to healing and connection with the Divine. My values are love, integrity, authenticity, and freedom — both in life and in the therapeutic process.
