Having navigated the complexities of a divorced family, grown up alongside half-siblings, and endured the profound loss of a loved one to suicide, I have personally grappled with trauma, depression, and anxiety. My past as a habitual people-pleaser has given me a deep understanding of the struggle to escape the draining cycle of overextending oneself. I’ve learned firsthand the importance of setting healthy boundaries, fostering nurturing relationships, and prioritizing personal well-being.
