About My Clients
I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families who are navigating life's challenges and looking for a space where they can feel heard, understood, and supported. Many of the people I work with are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, family conflict, trauma, stress, or difficulties with self-esteem and identity. I welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds and identities and recognize that every person's story is unique.
My Background and Approach
I believe therapy is a collaborative process where you are the expert on your life, and my role is to provide support, guidance, and evidence-based tools to help you reach your goals. My approach is rooted in understanding how family dynamics, relationships, culture, and past experiences shape your well-being. I tailor therapy to each person's unique needs, recognizing that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. I integrate evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Together, we'll work to identify unhelpful patterns, build effective coping strategies, strengthen communication, and foster meaningful changes that align with your values and goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens through connection, self-awareness, and the courage to embrace change. I believe growth isn't about becoming someone else, it's about developing a deeper understanding of yourself, fostering healthier relationships, and creating a life that aligns with your values. No matter where you are in your journey, meaningful change is possible.
