Whether you're struggling in school, work, relationships, or new life transitions, you need support. You are ready to take this new step by trying therapy, and you are on your way to finally thriving.
My Background and Approach
My approach is always judgement free and person-centered. The most important element of therapy is your connection and trust in your therapist. I work collaboratively with you to identify the life you want to live and the obstacles preventing you from living it. I have experience working with all ages and specialize in treating anxiety and relationship issues. I received my Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. I am always striving to continue my training and education in order to provide the best care that I can for my clients.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe each person has the insight they need to make positive change, and they just need someone to guide them to it. I am passionate about helping young people entering and navigating early adulthood, as these are some of the most pivotal moments in one's life and involve many new identity shifts. Life transitions from becoming an adult, picking out a career, forming new relationships, or becoming a parent all tend to occur within a decade or so. Our society is putting more pressure on our young people today than ever before in history to not only find our identity and life path, but also to make a difference in the world. This is a heavy burden to bear, and it is not meant to be carried alone.
