Kianna Morgan (she/they)

I’m a trauma focused, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and mindfulness oriented therapist that collaborates with and empowers folx to connect with, accept, and nourish all parts of themselves. I collaborate with folx to become more present in their lives and with their loved ones while embracing a sense of calm and joy. My clients work with me to accept, connect with, and nourish all parts of themselves while healing from past distressing experiences. The relationship that my clients and I have is a dance. We are partners that collaborate to make the moves and develop the skills they want to master to create the quality of life they hope to reach. I have years of experience working with folx that have experienced traumatic events, mood swings, overwhelming emotions, anxiety, and/or depression. I am trained in multiple therapies such as EMDR, a gentle, effective trauma therapy. I am here to help you regulate yourself, embrace joy and calm, and support you as you walk along your healing journey.

I am passionate about social justice and advocate for clients when they are faced with inequity and injustice. I am a supporter and a part of the LGBTQIA+ community. I have volunteered as a counselor at a shelter that supports folx that have been affected by domestic violence. I am a supporter of the Black Lives Matter movement. I am a Roe v Wade activist that believes in the right to choose and have control over our own bodies.
