About My Clients
I help Black Women, who self-identify as independent or hyper-independent, find safety in healthy relationships. Your wounds from past relationships may have been nurtured, instead of healed, to help you to show up as your own version of strength and not experience hurt and pain again. If you have embodied independence as a badge of honor, you have to learn a new version of strength to help in connecting with others. Our biggest opportunities for growth is in relationship with others.
My Background and Approach
I help my clients cultivate discernment in choosing healthy, aligned others and support them in owning the parts they play in their own journeys. I honor my client's autonomy to heal to win beyond trauma. To embrace being authentic in pursuing, choosing, and being present in healthy relationships comes first through being present with you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I value consistency, respect, laughter, freedom, accountability, growth, authenticity, alignment, and compassion. I implement these values in the services I provide to my aligned clients, as I believe these values are invaluable to and for our unique healing journeys.
