About My Clients
I help women of color keep their crowns on straight. Women have several issues that make them feel down, anxious, and just not like themselves. More specifically, I help clients suffering from depression, anxiety, trauma, work stress, and racial issues find better ways to manage their life. It’s time to learn new ways of thinking about and tackling challenging life moments to be happy.
My Background and Approach
I started my own business because I wanted space for women that look like me to feel safe and comfortable with sharing their stories. I obtained my counseling skills by attending an accredited university and working in the mental health field for over 13 years. I have a wide range of experience treating depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, eating disorders, loss, postpartum depression, and self-esteem. The approaches I use such as cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness can be easily implemented into your life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that as women, we need to start prioritizing our mental health. Together we can start the journey towards self-compassion, self-actualization, and self-love.
