My Background and Approach
My goal is to provide you with the tools you need in order to be your best self and help you to regain control over your body and thoughts. I focus on self care also, as its one of the keys living a balanced, positive, and resilient life. For the last 5 years, my passion as been to help people heal using holistic and complimentary tools and techniques in order to overcome stress, depression, anxiety, limiting beliefs, and adjusting to life's changes and stressors. My approach is holistic, eclectic, and customized based on your specific set of circumstances. I am here to help in the least restrictive, relaxed environment, where we can be comfortable building the much needed rapport to have the best therapeutic relationship possible. I am quirky, in a good way, and very accessible to my clients.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we create our own quality world. We choose who and what is in our world. I believe that we have the power to be who we want to be. I think the main reason we develop mental health issues is because we do not fully embrace the knowledge of self and that we CAN control our thoughts and limiting beliefs. With so much going on in the world today, I believe that we need to focus on what we can control. As humans, we should not be judged negatively by the color of our skin, who we choose to love, or who and how we choose to worship. I believe that we are all free to choose what works for us to build and live in our quality worlds to live our happily ever afters. I support and participate in community activities that center around advocacy for children, social injustice, women's/men's issues.
