I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I specialize in anxiety, depression, grief/loss, domestic violence, infertility, parenthood, relationship issues, and managing life transitions. I utilize an integrative approach and customize a plan that will fit your individual needs.

Learning to navigate the challenges in a constructive and beneficial manner produces a confident, well-adjusted person.
