My ideal clients are those who feel out of place with traditional psychotherapy approaches and identify as "neurospicy" or rather neurodivergent. I am an Integrative Holistic Therapist specializing in working with professionals seeking improvement in their overall mental, emotional, and physical health. My area of focus includes stress management, ADHD, Sadness/grief, goal attainment, self-awareness, and self-esteem. My primary modalities include cognitive behavioral, existential, and mindfulness
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that anyone is capable of changing and growing as long as they commit to the work. I see the mind, body, and spirit as interconnected, and imbalances in one can lead to imbalances in the others. Many mental health issues stem from learned behaviors or the repercussions of our fast-paced, technology-dependent society. However, it is possible to unlearn unhealthy habits and relearn coping strategies that lead to healthy change. As a "neurospicy" individual myself, I have worked with my own therapist to manage my anxiety, bouts of sadness, and organize my life in a way that doesn’t let ADHD win. I aim to help clients achieve the same, if not more, pride in their growth and wellness than I have. I am deeply committed to addressing causes that impact minorities and women. I also understand the unique challenges faced by those who identify with diverse communities and strive to create an inclusive and supportive environment for all my clients.
