About My Clients

I work with adults, couples, and families who are ready for meaningful change. Whether you’re healing from trauma, navigating ADHD or other forms of neurodivergence, or struggling with anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges, you don’t have to do it alone. My clients are curious, motivated, and committed to creating fuller, freer lives by understanding themselves, releasing old wounds, and transforming limiting beliefs.

My Background and Approach

If you’re feeling burned out, weighed down, or stuck in patterns that no longer work, I offer a safe and collaborative space to make change. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Hakomi-trained, trauma-informed, and grounded in somatic, experiential, and relational approaches. Since 2011, I’ve helped people navigate trauma, PTSD, ADHD, and other neurodivergence, along with anxiety, depression, substance use, and relationship struggles. In our work, we’ll focus on what’s most pressing now while also exploring the deeper roots of your challenges. You’ll gain tools to calm your nervous system, shift unhelpful patterns, and build the self-acceptance and resilience you need to live more fully."

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe real healing happens in relationship—when you feel deeply seen, understood, and met with genuine presence. That presence can help calm your nervous system and create space for change. I see addiction not as a personal failing, but as a way you’ve tried to cope with pain and trauma within an often unhealthy system. I celebrate diversity and stand firmly against racism, homophobia, and ableism. I support Black Lives Matter, trans rights, neurodiversity, and disability advocacy. In our work together, we’ll look at the patterns and beliefs that once helped you survive but now hold you back, and replace them with ways of living that bring more freedom, connection, and self-acceptance. You have intrinsic worth, and therapy should be a place where you can feel that truth every time you walk in.
