About My Clients
You are a new student and have been struggling with balancing work, social life and homework. You want to connect with others but you feel the guilt and shame for not focusing on homework or the work you brought home from your occupation. Not to mention your relationship with your partner is suffering and communication is at an all time low. You were vibrant and hopeful but now everything seems to be doom and gloom. You want to to enjoying life and you know that something needs to change.
My Background and Approach
I help adults and teens who are struggling with life transitions, such as becoming a new student and changing schools, jobs/careers, and even relationships. Together, my clients and I work hard to experience change over time, to not only decrease anxiety, but to increase positivity within self, in the relationships around them and to create a healthy balance in life. With therapy, healing is possible and I’m here to help you along that journey. I use CBT, Mindfulness Techniques, DBT Skills and a Client centered touch to reach you.
