My Background and Approach
Most people at some time in their life could benefit from seeing a professional therapist to help them through a difficult and stressful time. Some people are naturally anxious when talking about their difficulties with a stranger. To ease the process, I provide a safe, nonjudgmental, and caring environment to help you find your way through whatever is troubling you.

As a mental health professional, I am dedicated to promoting an environment of respect and appreciation for the race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex, national origin, age, ancestry, physical/mental ability, sexual orientation, marital status, parental status, gender identity, gender expression, and socioeconomic status of all persons. Moreover, I am committed to creating and maintaining an atmosphere of openness, trust, and safety where all attitudes, beliefs, values, and behaviors can be freely explored and discussed.
