EMDR helps process experiences that may still feel emotionally or physically “stuck,” even long after they’ve happened. By working with the brain and body’s natural processing system, EMDR can help reduce the emotional intensity connected to painful memories, triggers, and past experiences.

IFS helps us understand the different parts of ourselves — the ones that protect us, shut down, overthink, or carry emotional pain. Rather than judging those parts, we work toward understanding where they come from and the role they’ve played in helping you cope.

CBT focuses on the relationship between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together we identify patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, depression, self-criticism, or feeling stuck, and work toward developing healthier and more effective ways of responding.

I work with people who feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, stress, worry, or feeling constantly overwhelmed. Anxiety can make it difficult to slow down, feel present, trust yourself, or fully enjoy life. In therapy, we focus on understanding the underlying patterns contributing to anxiety while building practical tools to help you feel more grounded, balanced, and in control.

I help clients work through painful experiences that continue to impact their emotions, relationships, and daily life. Trauma can show up in many ways, including feeling constantly on edge, emotionally shut down, disconnected from yourself, or stuck reliving difficult experiences. Together, we work toward understanding these patterns, rebuilding a sense of safety, and developing healthier ways of coping and moving forward.

I support clients struggling with sadness, burnout, low motivation, disconnection, or feeling like they’ve lost themselves. Depression often impacts not just mood, but energy, relationships, confidence, and daily functioning. My approach focuses on helping clients better understand what may be contributing to these feelings while creating realistic and meaningful steps toward healing, connection, and growth.
