About My Clients
I work best with clients navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, or major life transitions, especially those feeling overwhelmed or disconnected from themselves. I support teens and adults who want to understand their stories, heal old patterns, and build confidence. Using IFS, relational therapy, and somatic approaches, I help clients reconnect with their strengths, develop self-compassion, and create meaningful change.
My Background and Approach
I’m a mental health therapist trained in IFS, Relational Therapy, and Somatic practices, approaches that help clients understand their inner world, strengthen emotional resilience, and heal from past experiences. My background as a parent and lifelong musician informs the way I show up—patient, creative, curious, and grounded. I have experience supporting clients through anxiety, trauma, depression, identity concerns, and relationship stress, helping them untangle old patterns and reconnect with their strengths. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow. Each part of my training is focused on helping you build self-compassion, gain clarity, and create lasting, meaningful change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I value compassion, curiosity, and authenticity, and these principles guide the way I support clients. As a father of two and a lifelong musician, I believe deeply in creativity, connection, and the importance of showing up as our full selves. I’m committed to creating an inclusive space for people of all identities, and I welcome clients from the LGBTQ+ community, neurodivergent individuals, and those exploring identity or life transitions. I care about expanding access to mental health care, reducing stigma, and promoting self-compassion as a foundation for healing. Above all, I believe everyone deserves a place where they feel safe, respected, and understood.
