About My Clients
Sometimes we get stuck in patterns that don't reflect who we truly are. In therapy, I help individuals make sense of what's happening beneath the surface—how past experiences, unmet needs, or early relationships may still shape how you feel, act, and connect today. I have a special interest in helping men and young adults, neurodivergent clients, and people navigating intimacy, sexual concerns, self-esteem, anger, or relational conflict. Our work will be collaborative, curious, and at your pace.
My Background and Approach
I am trained as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor and draw on several therapeutic frameworks for effective therapy such as Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples, Psychodynamic therapy, Attachment theory, Motivational Interviewing, and CBT. I tailor therapy around each clients needs and walk step-by-step with them as we navigate challenges and work towards meaningful change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My approach is warm, relational, and grounded in psychodynamic and attachment based-thinking. I help clients explore emotional patterns, break cycles of shame or disconnection, and build confidence, clarity, and deeper relationships. I offer a space to slow down, reflect deeply, and develop a more compassionate and integrated sense of self.
